Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request — just reach out and we'll do our best. An additional fee may apply. Please note that we are a small team and do not have a front desk, so if you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, let us know in advance. All rooms have key access.

Pets are welcome in the Honeymoon Island Cottage. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate animals in any other rooms on the property.

Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to your arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable.

Park in front of the house on the left as you face the entrance. Please limit parking to one vehicle per room unless otherwise arranged.

The Laughing King is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Occupancy is limited to registered guests. Visitors are not permitted unless the full property or a dedicated event space has been reserved.

Any damage or excessive cleaning required after checkout will be charged to the card on file at the discretion of The Laughing King team.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Families interested in renting the full property are welcome to reach out to discuss available options.

We are here to give you a quiet, relaxing, rejuvenating experience — and we ask that all guests help protect that for everyone on the property. Loud music, amplified sound, or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.

Motorized recreational vehicles — four-wheelers, jet skis, and the like — are not permitted on the property. The motorcycle you rode in on is obviously fine.

Quiet evenings around the pool or the fire pit with fellow guests? Absolutely. Midnight skinny dip? Highly encouraged.

The Laughing King has been welcoming guests from around the world since the spring of 2000. If there's something you need to make your stay better — a boat, a bike, a chef, a nature guide, a yogi, a massage therapist — just ask. We probably know someone.
